Message: We had what we thought was a warranty problem from a NAPA Shop repair done in Florida. We were given Armstead Automotive as the nearest (34) miles place so called and Ben was so polite and helpful we took it in the same day we called even tho they hadn’t done the original job. They did a thorough diagnostic kept us in the loop and we had the car back in 2 days. I wish they were closer to us because we would definitely use them as our go to shop. Very very pleased. Message: Had a loud ticking sound coming from my van. was told by a few people that it was probably lifters gone bad. couldn’t get it in with anyone for approximately 2 weeks and needed it sooner. Armstead took it in, diagnosed the issue quickly; wasn’t lifters, but it was the fly wheel. They also honored an extended warranty plan that I had on the van. The work was completed in a fair amount of time and so far, so good. Staff was polite and kept me informed. I was in the midst of a family tragedy and they took a lot of pressure off my shoulders by their professionalism.

Message: Called on Wednesday looking for AC service for my Enclave. The man who answered was very friendly. Was able to squeeze me in Friday morning. Got there and they were opening up. Left a man with the keys and left, expecting a hefty bill for some much needed relief during the heat wave.. Received a call 3 hours later stating my car was finished! And for much less than I was expecting. Apparently Burt Watson in reese sold me a vehicle that was completely missing the fuse to the Compressor. We checked all the relays and fuses before admitting defeat and scheduling service but didn't think to check the empty spots in the box because, logically, it would have been to a accessory my vehicle did not have. Welp, I was wrong! $199 to completely recharge the system and replace the fuse. The waiting area is clean, and quiet. The employees are very respectful and explained everything very well. I was thrilled. Then today, I notice, they also topped off all my tires for me because my TPS light had been on for a few weeks. The little extra attention to detail is what will bring me back next time.. Thank you, SO MUCH!

Message: They are always polite. They get straight to the issue, call you when they have discovered the problem; and then proceed to repair it in a very timely manner. My brake job was a few hours turnaround. When I had a waterpump replaced, I was picking up my vehicle the next day. And on that particular repair, I remember them having to squeeze me in. It's a great shop to me. And I'm going back... Although I don't want to have to.. Lol! But hey, vehicles break down.

Message: I called ahead to make sure they had the windshield wipers I needed. Steve said they did, so I went there about 4:30pm. They were so courteous, and I was out before 5pm. I had a $10. 00 coupon they'd sent thru the mail. The mechanic did a courtesy inspection, and text the report to me. All said and done, I will absolutely do business with them again.
