Message: These people always, and I mean always, listen to what you are telling them before they even look at your vehicle. Not like some other places that tell you to drop off your vehicle and they will get to it when they can. They have done large and small jobs for me and I have never been dissatisfied with their work. This is a first come first serve shop so make sure you understand that.

Message: Took my 2018 F-250 in for park neutral problems, diagnosed it with no problems when dealerships never heard of it and couldn't figure it out. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in two days due to part delivery next day. Great techs and service.

I brought it here instead, and they got me in and out by the next day for a few hundred dollars. If you’re looking for a place to sip your latte in a cushy chair, this ain’t it. Message: Had front shocks put on my husband's truck from another place and they complained how difficult the installation of new ones were and about 4 months in, one of them failed which surprised us because we paid a little more for the good ones. So when one goes, they both have to be replaced. Luckily they were under warranty. The buisness who put them in didnt want to do the work, their excuse was they had 'gotten rid of the younger guys and the older guys there may not want to work on a lifted truck. ' So we went to Muffler man on Gratiot/Center and as soon as they attempted to replace the shocks with the warrantied shocks, the mechanic announced that they were to long for his truck. He explained the difficulty AND the failure of the one, they got the right ones on there and the ride feels like it should. Great work, great service. I'll definately be a continued customer at this place.
