Message: They’re courteous and persistent, I’ll give them that. I didn’t have the best experience with my amp/speaker install but at least the people were cool to deal with through it all. And they did at least eventually get it working right. I thought they should have thrown me a discount after all the return visits. They didn’t. I most likely won’t go back.
